Are you saying that if you hear John Butler on the radio, and take a liking to the song, you have to stop using the internet, grow your hair long and wear tye-dye clothes? I totally agree with Jahli. Well, in your perspective, nobody who was born in the 90's or already in the XXI's century can be a fan of Butler's excellent art or identify themselves with environmental values. Maybe you should see things from other point: everybody uses the internet and media in general. Nowadays, it is the strongest way to change people's mentality. So, maybe it worth to talk about protecting the planet on the net. At least it's more worth than criticising someone without solid arguments.
Basically, I have no sense of humour and can't spot sarcasm when it's SMACKING ME IN THE FACE. A bit like all hippies or leftward leaning morons, really. The fact that I am leaving a comment here is proof positive that I have a)no life, and b)am not very smart.
